cramming

Hi All. It's been a while since I last posted & a lot has happened. First off, my nephew Carter was blessed on Aug 31. My husband wasn't able to go (work), but I packed up the boys and headed up to Redding (stopping in Sac to pick up my Mom at the airport--woohoo!). We spent Saturday & Sunday up in Redding with the Treadways and had a BLAST! I took some great pictures, but of course I left my camera there so those pictures will be posted later...

My Mom works at the Time Out For Women put on by Deseret Book, and the one in Sac happened to be the following weekend. Luckily for me, she came and spent a few days with us here between Carter's blessing & TOFW.

My husband didn't have to work that Monday (holiday), so we spent the day down in Monterey.

Those were the main two events that have happened recently. The other exciting thing is that we've found a place to hike/camp that is pretty close to us (maybe 15 mins away)! We had family home evening up in the hills last Sunday, and loved getting out in nature for a while. We're hoping to squeeze in a camping trip before the nights get too cold, but Waf has had to work weekends lately too. :(

All in all, we love the time we get to spend with each other, and hope for more of it!
